Coaching is NOT therapy, which focuses on healing and treating psychological issues. It is also NOT consulting, which provides expert advice and solutions.

My role is not to provide unsolicited advice but to help you tap into your own creativity, resourcefulness, and wholeness. We start with a free, no-obligation call to discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit to work together.
During this call, we will answer any questions you have.
Step 1: Free Discovery Call
If we decide to move forward, we will discuss and agree on the scope of the coaching engagement, including the number of sessions, frequency, pricing, and expected outcomes.
Step 2: Contracting
We will utilize assessments to gain a better understanding of your strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Step 3: Assessment
We will use a variety of coaching techniques and tools to help you develop the skills and mindset necessary to succeed.

We will work together to reflect on your progress, celebrate your achievements, and plan for your continued growth and development.
